Dear Everdry, My husband and I would like to say “thank you” for your help. The guys you sent to our home were well mannered, hard working respectful towards us and our home. They also kept us informed about absolutely everything. I can’t tell you how we appreciate that. As you already know we had Company B in here 4 years ago. I can’t begin to tell you how we feel about that mistake. They were highly recommended to us by my husband’s stepdad who is friends with the guy who owns the local Company B. We also know one of the guys who worked for him. I’ve known him for over 20 years, and he was related to my husband at one time. We considered him a friend. Company B was not as informative as the men working for you. They did not walk me through the area to show or explain anything to me. I cannot put into words what your guys showed me (Company B’s work) but I hope the pictures will tell the story for me. I should say the whole very ugly story. I guess anger is one word to describe how I feel because we trusted Company B to do a job and paid them hard earned money and I feel we got a whole lot of “CRAP” in return. To bring this letter to a close I would like to say I could’ve wrote a lot more about Company B but I am trying to stay calm and be “Nice.” So anyway THANK YOU Everdry for the nice people and hard working men and women in your company.
